Try to decide exactly what information you need to include in your programme:
If possible, prioritise points in order of importance, for example if it is a training programme then try to think exactly what learning points need to be covered.
If it's for promotion, what aspects of your business/organisation do you wish to promote?
If you are a charity what issues do you wish to highlight? As a general rule try not to include too many separate points, but rather focus on a smaller number to cover really well.
Moving images such as TV film and video are strongest when used to put over a smaller number of key points. If you want to include additional facts consider using supplementary print based materials and/or links to a web site.
